Selon un rapport du Tages-Anzeiger du 5 ao\u00fbt 2014, un nouveau v\u00e9hicule de diagnostic des CFF a mis en \u00e9vidence des d\u00e9fauts alarmants en 2013. L'usure importante est principalement caus\u00e9e par les nombreux freinages et acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations des trains de banlieue, et moins par le trafic marchandises. C'est pourquoi les CFF pr\u00e9voient de recalculer les redevances de sillon en fonction du type de wagon et de son usure, ce qui devrait, selon eux, all\u00e9ger la charge du fret et, \u00e0 l'inverse, alourdir celle du trafic voyageurs. Cette mesure entra\u00eenerait une hausse du prix des billets pour les usagers. Les CFF veulent ainsi faire payer les navetteurs, ce que la communaut\u00e9 d'int\u00e9r\u00eats des transports publics refuse.<\/p>\n<p>L'IG\u00f6V est d'avis que cette \u00e9valuation de la situation ne peut actuellement relever que de suppositions et que la mesure effective du<br \/>\nde l'usure caus\u00e9e par chaque type de wagon et, par cons\u00e9quent, l'attribution correcte des redevances de Sillon serait li\u00e9e \u00e0 des efforts tr\u00e8s importants. Elle craint que de telles enqu\u00eates n'entra\u00eenent des co\u00fbts suppl\u00e9mentaires consid\u00e9rables. Il en va de m\u00eame pour l'introduction d'appareils de mesure de la consommation d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pr\u00e9vue ind\u00e9pendamment de cela. L'IG\u00f6V Suisse rejette toute id\u00e9e selon laquelle les navetteurs devraient payer le trajet de mani\u00e8re \u00e9chelonn\u00e9e en fonction du type de train. Cela ne serait ni judicieux ni convivial pour les clients.
