Seuls les \u00e9lecteurs ayant le droit de vote en mati\u00e8re f\u00e9d\u00e9rale dans la commune politique mentionn\u00e9e peuvent apposer leur signature sur cette liste. Les citoyennes et citoyens qui soutiennent la demande peuvent la signer de leur main.
