La cinquantaine d'organisations regroup\u00e9es au sein de l'association \"Non au 2e tube au Gothard\" en a fait authentifier 75'731. Aujourd'hui, l'association a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 les signatures \u00e0 la Chancellerie f\u00e9d\u00e9rale \u00e0 Berne. Les marmottes, les bouquetins et les chamois ainsi que de nombreuses personnes directement concern\u00e9es du Tessin et d'Uri ont apport\u00e9 une forte musique d'accompagnement. Tous veulent d\u00e9fendre leur espace vital contre le flot des camions.<\/p>\n<p>Plus de 10 pour cent des signatures certifi\u00e9es proviennent du Tessin. Un signal clair : le Tessin ne veut pas d'un 2e tube ! \"Le gouvernement tessinois et la repr\u00e9sentation bourgeoise tessinoise au Palais f\u00e9d\u00e9ral ne refl\u00e8tent en rien l'\u00e9tat d'esprit du peuple\", d\u00e9clare Jon Pult, copr\u00e9sident de l'association Non au 2e tube du Gothard et pr\u00e9sident de l'Initiative des Alpes. Dans le sud du Tessin en particulier, les gens souffrent depuis des ann\u00e9es d'une qualit\u00e9 de l'air d\u00e9plorable et d'une situation chaotique sur les routes. Selon Jon Pult, l'excellent r\u00e9sultat de la collecte montre en outre que l'id\u00e9e de la protection des Alpes est parfaitement ancr\u00e9e en Suisse.<\/p>\n<p>\"Le doublement des tubes au Gothard entra\u00eenera t\u00f4t ou tard un doublement des voies de circulation et un doublement des poids lourds\". Caroline Beglinger, co-pr\u00e9sidente de l'association Non au 2e tube au Gothard et co-directrice de l'Association Transports et Environnement, en est convaincue. Le doublement entra\u00eenerait \u00e9galement plus de bruit, de gaz d'\u00e9chappement, d'embouteillages et d'accidents sur l'ensemble de l'axe nord-sud. \"La promesse politique d'inscrire la limitation des capacit\u00e9s dans une loi est une belle id\u00e9e, mais ce n'est pas une assurance contre le d\u00e9ferlement des camions\", poursuit Caroline Beglinger.<\/p>\n<p>Compte tenu de l'ouverture du tunnel de base du Saint-Gothard l'ann\u00e9e prochaine, les projets de deuxi\u00e8me tube paraissent tout \u00e0 fait absurdes. Gr\u00e2ce au plus long tunnel du monde, il y aura suffisamment de capacit\u00e9s disponibles sur le rail pour transf\u00e9rer syst\u00e9matiquement le trafic de marchandises de la route vers le rail et pour g\u00e9rer efficacement et \u00e0 moindre co\u00fbt l'assainissement du tunnel routier existant sans 2e tube.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>125&#8217;573 Personen haben das Referendum gegen die 2.
