Franken pro Jahr.<\/li>\n<li>K\u00fcrzung der Einlagen in den Nationalstrassen- und Agglomerationsfonds (NAF) um 100 Mio. Franken pro Jahr. Aus dieser Kasse werden u.a. Tramprojekte in den Agglomerationen mitfinanziert.<\/li>\n<li>Verzicht auf die F\u00f6rderung des internationalen Personenverkehrs im Umfang von 30 Mio. Franken pro Jahr bis 2030.<\/li>\n<li>Teilverzicht auf die F\u00f6rderung elektrischer Antriebe f\u00fcr Busse und Schiffe im Umfang von 56 Mio. Franken pro Jahr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mit diesen Massnahmen w\u00fcrde der Bund einen massiven Abbau des \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehrs auf Schiene und Strasse einleiten und so die selbst deklarierten klima- und verkehrspolitischen Ziele missachten. So ist beim Regionalverkehr ein Angebotsabbau insbesondere auf Linien in Randregionen mit tiefem Kostendeckungsgrad zu bef\u00fcrchten, weiter der Verzicht auf wichtige Infrastrukturprojekte wie die Ausbauprojekte f\u00fcr die Bahnh\u00f6fe Basel und Luzern. Ebenso verunm\u00f6glicht w\u00fcrde dadurch der von den SBB geplante Ausbau auf internationalen Linien (neue Linien nach Barcelona und Rom und Kopenhagen\/Malm\u00f6).<\/p>\n<p>Gem\u00e4ss der Statistik des Bundes hinkt der Sektor Verkehr bei der Reduktion der Treibhausgasemissionsn weit hinter den Sektoren Industrie und Haushalte (Geb\u00e4udeheizung) her. Umso fataler w\u00e4re es, den Umstieg vom motorisierten Individualverkehr auf den \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehr mit Sparmassnahmen zu erschweren. Auch finanzpolitisch besteht keine Notwendigkeit f\u00fcr das Entlastungspaket: Der Bundeshaushalt befindet sich in ausgezeichneter Verfassung. So bewegt sich etwa die Ausgabenquote seit 20 Jahren stabil zwischen 10 und 11 %.<\/p>\n<p>Die IG\u00f6V Schweiz lehnt deshalb das Entlastungspaket 27 vehement ab.
